Return policy:

After placing the order on the Website and receiving an intimation from Us that We have received
Your order. You can cancel the order only if such order has been placed inadvertently and no later than 12 hours
of receiving such intimation by sending an email to support@shrinathjicrockery.com with the
caption “Cancellation” or can cancel also from “Your order” portal.

If the order was paid through any
of the online modes of payment, the refund will be credited to You electronically to Your original
mode of payment.

We follow an open delivery procedure, where customers must inspect the product at the time of
personal delivery before accepting it. Please check the product condition, quantity, and packaging
thoroughly. Once accepted, the delivery is considered complete and no claims will be entertained.
If “no-return eligibility” is mentioned that would indicate that the product is not eligible for return
as we are following open delivery procedure. Any request received for the products that are not
eligible for return shall not be entertained.

We are committed to delivering your products safely. With our open delivery service, you have the
opportunity to open the package and inspect the item for any damage or defects in the presence of
the delivery agent. If you discover an issue, please do not accept the delivery.

The product will be
returned to our warehouse, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. A product that
has been accepted by you and the delivery agent is considered to be free of any pre-existing damage.
Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any damage reported after the delivery has been
completed and the delivery agent has left.

Please be advised that if a product in good condition is refused at the time of delivery, a refund will
be issued. However, a restocking fee of 10% of the product cost and all shipping costs (including the
return to our warehouse) will be deducted from your refund. For returns, if the order was paid
through any of the online modes of payment, the refund will be credited to You electronically to
Your original mode of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the credit to appear in Your
original mode of payment.

If the quality of any product(s) or service procured by You though Our Website does not meet Your
expectations, no further compensation will be given other than a refund or store credit, as the case
may be, for such product or service.
